Music Festival 101

The event features two stages, lots of food and drink options, and plenty to keep kids of all ages entertained. Join us at the beautiful Kingsland Point Park in legendary Sleepy Hollow, NY as we usher in summer along the Hudson River.

  • Sleepy Hollow Music Festival takes place Saturday, June 7, 2025 at Kingsland Point Park in Sleepy Hollow, NY.

    Gates open at 11:30 am. Music kicks off at noon. Everything wraps up by 9 pm.

  • Yes! Kids under 12 years old get in free of charge. We want the festival to be a great day out for the entire family. (Two kids per ticketed adult.)

  • We recommend using public transportation, ridesharing, carpooling or riding bikes where feasible.

    Kingsland Point Park is located between two Metro-North stations – Philipse Manor from the North and Tarrytown from the South.

    Both stations are on the Hudson line, running from Grand Central to Poughkeepsie.

    Philipse Manor is less than a half mile from the North entrance to the park.

    Tarrytown train station is about 1.5 walkable miles away, but there will also be shuttles (three school buses) running from the train station to Horan’s Landing, which is a short walk to Kingsland, throughout the day.

    For ridesharing, convenient dropoff points include Horan’s Landing or Pierson Park (enter at South Gate), or Philipse Manor train station.

  • TAKE THE TRAIN FOR AN EASY COMMUTE!

    • Kingsland Point Park is located between two Metro-North Train Stations on the Hudson Line: Tarrytown to the south and Philipse Manor to the north. PRO TIP: Get off at Philipse Manor for a short walk to the North Entrance.

    • Irvington (two stops South) and Ossining (two stops North) train stations along the Metro North Hudson Line offer FREE parking and a quick train ride to Philipse Manor Train Station (adjacent to Kingsland Point Park).

    IF DRIVING: Carpooling and ride sharing is recommended! 

    PARKING LOCATIONS:

    1. Tarrytown Metro-North train station: 1k+ Parking Spots - ADA + General + Free Shuttle with Drop-off Near South Entry (Metered Lot)

    2. Philipse Manor Train Station: 70 Spots - ADA + General (Free Parking)

    3. Phelps Hospital - 500+ Spots in the Parking Garage + Free Shuttle to North Entry (Free Parking)

    4. Make-a-Wish Lot - 38 Hudson View Way, Tarrytown: 150+ Spots ($10 Donation to Make a Wish)

    5. Onsite ADA Parking (must call or email in advance for prior authorization - ADA Helpline: 646-512-3925)

    PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO STREET PARKING FOR ATTENDEES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD OF PHILIPSE MANOR.

    NOTE ON TARRYTOWN METERS: The Village of Tarrytown uses the PayByPhone app while the Village of Sleepy Hollow uses the ParkMobile app. With both apps you can pay for a full day of parking or add more time remotely from your phone throughout the day.

    SHUTTLE BUSES FROM TARRYTOWN TRAIN STATION: Beginning at 10:30am on Saturday, there will be three shuttles running continuously from the Tarrytown train station to Horan’s Landing, which is a short, scenic walk along the River Walk to the southern entrance. Shuttles at this location include 2 school buses and 1 senior bus that is ADA accessible. There will also be a free shuttle running from the Phelps hospital parking lot, approximately every 20 minutes beginning at 10:30am and ending at 10pm.

    SHUTTLE BUSES FROM PHELPS: Shuttle buses will begin running at 10:30am and will end at 10pm. Parking in this location is free, as is the shuttle. Attendees will be dropped off at the North Entrance, which is the quickest walk into the festival grounds.

    If anyone in your party is in need of mobility assistance, we recommend you park in the Philpse Manor lot and take the golf cart shuttle on to the festival grounds.

    ADA ACCESSIBLE PARKING:

    We offer ADA-accessible parking at both Philipse Manor and Tarrytown train stations. Those with mobility challenges may access a complimentary golf cart shuttle from the Philipse Manor train station to the Festival box office at the North Gate.

    There is a limited amount of onsite parking for ADA patrons within the festival. Those requesting these spots must email info@sleepyhollowmusicfestival.com to reserve a parking spot, or call our ADA Helpline at (646) 512-3925 to make arrangements.

  • SHMF is a rain or shine event.

    • Small, soft-sided coolers

    • Empty, reusable water bottles (we have a free water refill station onsite)

    • Blanket for sitting in designated areas

    • Low-back chairs (30” or under)

      If you have mobility issues, you may bring larger chairs but must keep them towards the back of the chair/blanket area so that others can see.

    • Valid State-Issued ID (Driver's License or ID Card) for will-call and/or to purchase alcohol

  • *ALL** Bags will be searched before entry.

    Bags don't have to be clear, but guys, use common sense and don't bring something giant or stuff them full. It'll take longer for you to get in and the people behind you will be mad.

    • Illegal substances

    • Professional cameras & recording devices (no SLR/DSLR or cameras with detachable lenses)

  • While there is no onsite camping, you may camp nearby.

  • Yes, there will be merch for sale onsite on June 7. We will also have items for sale beforehand via this site, so check back often if you want to order in advance.

  • WHAT’S THE FEST LIKE?

    The event features two stages, lots of food and drink options, and plenty to keep kids of all ages entertained. Join us at the beautiful Kingsland Point Park in legendary Sleepy Hollow, NY as we usher in summer along the Hudson River.

    GETTING HERE:

    If you’re mapping it, Kingsland Point Park is located at 299 Palmer Ave in Sleepy Hollow, NY. It is accessible via Metro-North Train (Tarrytown or Philipse Manor stations are walking distance), or by car, bike or boat (really).

    PARKING:

    There is no onsite parking and parking near the festival is limited. We suggest you use public transportation like the Metro-North train or bike to the fest (bike parking will be available). If you need to drive in, try to carpool with a buddy. Precise parking instructions will be released shortly.

    WHERE TO STAY:

    There are several great hotels in the area, in various price ranges. Our Official Hotel Partner is Tarrytown House Estate. Call and mention you’re with the festival and you’ll get a good deal. There is no onsite camping for Year Two of the festival.
